Immigrants and temporary foreign workers are vital to the future of Canada’s trucking industry. Low birth rates among the Canadian born population, combined with an aging workforce, mean that immigrants will account for the net growth in Canada’s labour force as early as 2012.

The Canadian Trucking Human Resources Council has tools to help establish the inclusive workplaces which immigrants and temporary foreign workers deserve.
