We know the trucking industry because we are part of the trucking industry.
Working in partnership with industry members, the Canadian Trucking Human Resources Council (CTHRC) is a non-profit Council dedicated to making sure your business keeps on trucking. Building on your experience and our expertise, the CTHRC is here to listen to your human resource needs and respond with research, tools, training and HR advice. Our goal is to monitor challenges, help you address them, and position your business to face the changing environment and meet the economic landscape of tomorrow.

Each National Occupational Standard includes an in-depth Task Analysis that identifies related actions and competencies. The Chart of Competency that emerges from the analysis can be used to evaluate new job candidates or existing employees alike.
